Blue Ridge Stables, Inc. and Morton Builders, Inc. have agreed upon the final plans for the construction of a new state of the art Indoor Riding Arena.
(Ground has been broken in January 2011, construction to begin shortly. Expect completion by March 2011)

The Indoor Arena Features include:

• 144X 72 Foot Riding Arena
• European Felt Footing ... the same footing that is used at the Kentucky Horse Park, Hits Culpepper Grand Prix Ring and the Winter Equestrian Festival
• Spectator Seating
• Beautiful Sliding window paneled doors
• Skylights and Copulas with fans
• Skybelt panels around the building to maintain natural light
• High ribbed steel siding, and charcoal roof
